What is the difference between a limousine and a limo bus?
That's a good question! While a limousine offers a classic, timeless appearance for those special events that might call for that, you'll find that a limo bus offers much more space and features for you to enjoy when you're looking to party. No matter which one you choose, you're sure to love it.
Are we able to smoke onboard your vehicles?
Unfortunately, we don't allow for smoking of any kind on our limousines and limo buses as it is our goal to keep them as fresh and clean as possible. However, we do allow for drinking provided that you're 21 years of age or older. There are even bar areas for you to enjoy drinks at!

Yes, we allow for drinking provided that you're 21 years of age or older. There are even bar areas for you to enjoy your drinks at.
What happens if we go over our time?
If you happen to go over your time, you'll be charged an overtime rate that reflects the original hourly rate that you were charged. You won't have to spend your life savings on overtime when you rent from Lansing Limo Service.
Do your vehicles have restrooms?
We aren't able to offer restrooms on our vehicles at this time. However, we would be glad to stop for a bathroom break whenever you might need it. Just let our drivers know, and they will be more than happy to accommodate you.
How is the tip for our driver handled, do we pay it ahead of time or after and how much is customary?
A minimal tip is figured into the total price that you paid for our service. If you feel that your chauffeur provided exceptional service and that you would like to provide a tip on top of that, you are certainly welcome to do so.
We have a budget for our event, can you give me a ball park figure as to how much one of your vehicles will cost me?
The cost of our vehicles vary depending on a number of criteria. Your date and time of service, the size vehicle you need, and your pickup location all play into the cost. For an accurate quote, your best option is to call one of our courteous and knowledgeable customer service agents who will be more than happy to help you. And don't worry, you will not be pressured in anyway.

How do I know which vehicle is the right one for my event and my group?
That is a great question. We recommend that you call one of our affable customer service agents because they will be able to talk to you about your situation and they are well trained in fitting your group to the perfect vehicle for you. We want you to be completely satisfied so call us today.
I know that you operate on a first come first serve basis, if I know my date, when would be a good time to call and reserve a vehicle?
Because our business is growing by leaps and bounds and certain dates tend to fill up much more quickly than others, we recommend that you call us as oon as you know your date of service. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives will be more than happy to talk to you about availability and which vehicle is best for you.
How long can I rent one of your vehicles for?
We have a 6 hour minimum rental requirement. You can rent one of our vehicles for longer than 6 hours if you want, but it has to be at least 6 hours. The only variation on this is our wedding packages which are 3.5 hours.
Do we have to give you an itinerary and what if we think of a place we would like to stop at while we are on our vehicle?
We do ask you to give us an itinerary beforehand, but if there is a destination you would like to stop at that is not listed on the itinerary you gave us, no problem, just mention it to your driver. We believe in flexibility when it comes to serving you and our motto is "unlimited stops, unlimited mileage."
How far can we go on our limo bus?
As far as you want to go within the State of Michigan. If we have to drive more than 50 miles to pick you up, you may incur and fuel charge, but once you are onboard and on your way, you can go as far as you want to within your reserved time.
Can I reserve one of your vehicles with a simple phone call or do you require something else?
We require a $200 hold on a credit card in order to reserve a vehicle in your name.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept credit or debit card, traveler's check, pre-approved bank check, or cash to the driver on the date of service.
I rented a limo from another company in the past and when I went to pay, there were all kinds of hidden fees that had been added which made the final cost much higher than what I thought it was going to be. Do you operate in the same way?
No, we have never had nor will we ever have hidden fees. The bottom line number you were given by our customer service agent when you booked your vehicle is the amount you will pay, no more. We have an absolute hatred for a policy that would endorse hidden fees because we feel that it is not a way to show respect for your customers.
Do you still operate in the winter?
Yes, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year. We are always available to serve any needs you might have.
Who provides the alcohol on your vehicles?
Per the State of Michigan, we are not allowed by law to provide our customers with alcohol. You on the other hand, are welcome to bring your favorite drinks and stock the built-in coolers of ice.
When are your customer service agents available to talk?
We are available all day and all night, 7 days a week. We don't want to miss one opportunity to serve you.
